Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

If you cancel your order within the allowed time, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway charges (approx 2–3% of the order value) are non-refundable. For example, if you placed an order of ₹100 and cancelled it, the refund amount will be ₹97–₹98. This deduction is due to Razorpay's non-refundable transaction fee.

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to stock, pricing, or verification issues.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to courier logistics or festivals. We are not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact details and delivery address. Incorrect information may cause delays or non‑delivery.

5. Prohibited Use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the order value paid by you.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days depending on location.

3. Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (₹50)
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (₹150)

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote locations, additional delivery time may be required.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailable, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.
