You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Certain items like innerwear, cosmetics, and personalized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
